About Us
Our Mission.
We have been helping people improve their credit, while providing them the education they need to prevent mishaps in the future. Our goal is to assist our clients in obtaining the best possible credit they can to enrich their lives. Whether you are looking for a home, a car, a better job, or want to hold your head high again, we can Help!
Who We Are
We work closely with Realtors, Loan officers, Car dealers and other industries to help their clients with improving their credit profiles. Credit is not something that is taught in school, but rather through the school of hard knocks. What many people do not realize is that the law is on their side when it comes to your credit profile. Creditors cannot just put anything about you on your credit without being able to verify and back up their claims.
Our mission is to hold the credit bureaus, creditors, and other furnishers of information accountable to the laws by removing the inaccurate, unverifiable, and obsolete information that may be holding you back from getting the financing you deserve! By the way- we are great at it!
We understand that everyone wants great credit, life gets in the way and can knock you down but the key is to get back up and continue pressing on. Bad credit is not something you have to just settle with and good credit is not something you have to dream about. Good credit is within your reach! Let us assist you in getting on with your life and let us help you attain your financial goals.
One thing we have realized over the years, many people put off repairing their credit until it is absolutely necessary or when they feel they have the need for it. The best time to repair your credit is when you do not need your credit so that it is ready for you when you do need it. An ancient Chinese proverb says:
"The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now!"
Don't wait until the unfortunate things in life happen, take action now and contact us today!

Today, Just Credit Solutions helps clients assert their rights under the laws that govern the credit bureaus. The Fair Credit Reporting Act is just one of the laws used to challenge the inaccurate, erroneous, and outdated information. We use many laws designed to protect your rights, some of which are: The Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act, The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, The Fair Credit Billing Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act and many more. Credit repair is something you can do for yourself, but why spend your time studying and writing letters when we can do this for you?

Today, there are many different models of scores with FICO being the leader of lending decisions for the majority of the financial institutions in the United States.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act was initially passed into law in 1970 and has been amended many times since. It is a federal law designed to protect consumers while promoting accuracy and the privacy of consumer information regarding credit. The law dictates the type of information the bureaus can gather, how long they can report the information, and who they can sell the information to. The law gave teeth to the consumer and allows for the consumer to challenge the information on the report to correct any errors and misinformation reported about them.

Equifax got its start as the Retail Credit Company. The concept was formed by a grocer who compiled a list of customers he deemed credit-worthy and then sold the information to other business owners in the area. As demand for this information grew, so did the business. The company opened up many branches throughout North America. When the Fair Credit Reporting Act was passed, Retail Credit Company's image suffered and the company re-branded itself as Equifax.
