F.A.Q.

  1. Do you contact creditors or just the credit bureaus?
We contact everybody on your credit report. This includes credit bureaus, collection agencies, original creditors, and attorneys. No matter who they are, if they’re reporting negative information on your credit report we will contact them.
  2. How long will the process take?
Four to six months is a realistic window for going through our entire program.
  3. How are you different than other credit repair companies?
By now you probably know that sending generic dispute letters isn’t going to fix your credit. That’s an old and ineffective method. The reason so many people choose Just Credit Solutions is because before we even start repairing your credit, we help you develop a plan tailored to your specific circumstances, finances, goals, and your state’s statutes. Yes, there are still certain times when a standard dispute letter might do the job, but more times than not you’re going to need more.
  4. How long will it take to repair my credit report?
It is inappropriate for Just Credit Solutions to promise a particular result in a certain time frame. We can, however, give you an idea as to how our clients have performed in the past. No two cases are the same, and your experiences may differ. The progress of your case will depend on your timely participation (sending in credit reports on a timely basis), the nature of your case, and the level of credit bureau cooperation.

Some of our clients start seeing results in 45-60 days. Because everyone’s case is different, some are completed in that time, and some take longer. The average length for our clients is four to six months. It really depends on the type and number of items that need to be addressed in the credit profile. Successfully repairing credit requires persistence, patience, and experience. The key to effectively disputing incorrect information on your credit report is to understand the methods used by the credit bureaus in order to submit personalized disputes. In addition, we offer a valuable time saving service known as the Fast Track Program that can be applied to any of our custom programs to expedite your credit report repair process.

  5. Is repairing my credit legal?
Surprisingly, this is the number one question we are asked. In fact, the government recognized that many consumers were being financially burdened because errors were appearing on their credit reports. As a result, the government passed the Fair credit Reporting Act (FCRA), which allows consumers to legally challenge information on their credit report on the basis of completeness and accuracy. The government also passed an act, which authorizes a third party to assist you in challenging inaccurate credit reports.
  6. Can you remove every item?
We have had excellent success in deleting negative credit from our clients’ credit reports. We use every legal remedy available under the law on your behalf. No one can honestly guarantee you that every negative item will be removed. If that were possible, consumers would never have to be concerned about maintaining good credit again.
  7. Are there any additional fees?
As your advocate, we have only one goal in mind, your financial freedom. As a client you will never by surprised with any additional fees. You will never be charged extra based on the quantity of disputes or deletions. No matter how complex your case, your monthly fee will always stay the same.
  8. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You are under no contract or obligation to stay with our service for any period of time. You may cancel the service with a 30-day notice without accruing penalties or cancellation fees.
